What we do

CoffeeConcepts is a Coffee & Sandwichbars where we do a lot of Catering and we're responsible for PR, communication, marketing and concept development for fashion, lifestyle and art related brands. 


It's a  this versatile function in finance and you will be are responsible for :

- Processing incoming and outgoing invoices

- Purchasing invoices

- Contact with suppliers

- telephone and written handling of questions regarding finance


– A completed "MBO" training, preferably in an accounting or administrative direction

–At least 2 years of recent work experience within a similar position

– Good command of the Dutch and English language

– Works well with others with the ability to build trust with the team and work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.

– Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing simultaneous projects and activities.

– Curiosity and ability to think creatively, flexibility, and a sense of humor.
